- Common Screen Features

Ownership and Demographic Information

The Ownership and Information section is available on the Loan Information page. This section assigns which parties will be printed to Form 1919.

The table lists all the direct and indirect owners with the Ownership % greater than 0.

If the Ownership % equals or is greater than 20% then the Disclose in Ownership Table indicator will be checked by the system automatically. This means that the owner will be printed to the Ownership table of the Form 1919.

If the Ownership % is less than 20% then you can decide to disclose this owner or not on the Form 1919 by selecting/deselecting the Disclose in Ownership Table indicator.

The Include Demographic Information checkbox is available only for owners that are individuals or sole proprietors. By selecting the checkbox, the selected owner will print to the Demographic Information section of Form 1919.
