This enhancement supports a new SBA-required data collection field for individual guarantors (who are not identified as an owner) on transactions submitted through ETRAN.

• IRS Form 4506 (Request for Copy of Tax Return)

  Updated IRS Form 4506, Request for Copy of Tax Return, to reflect the latest IRS revision date of April 2026 (4-2026). This update ensures that customers have access to the current version of the form when requesting copies of tax returns.

  In addition to the revision date change, the IRS made several content updates.
  • On page 1 of the form, in the Tip paragraph, the “Note” text was revised to include minor text changes.
  • On page 1 of the form, line 3 was updated to include inmate numbers in the address example.
  • On page 2 of the form, in the Specific Instructions section, line 3 was revised to now include additional guidance regarding inmate identification numbers, names, and addresses.

  These updates align the form with current IRS requirements and guidance, helping ensure accurate completion and submission of Form 4506.

• Form 148 Guaranty

  Updated the Form 148 Guaranty to remove witness lines from the "Guarantor Name and Signature" section.

• Form 148 Limited Guaranty

  Updaed the Form 148 Limited Guaranty to remove witness lines from the "Guarantor Name and Signature"" section.

This enhancement supports a new SBA-required data collection field for individual guarantors (who are not identified as an owner) on transactions submitted through ETRAN.

With this update, the E-Tran Additional Required Data form has been enhanced to collect an additional Yes/No response for individual guarantors regarding whether the guarantor is presently incarcerated, on probation, on parole, or presently subject to an indictment for a felony or any crime involving financial misconduct or a false statement. This information is now validated, mapped to the appropriate SBA E-Tran XML field, and included when the transaction is submitted to the SBA.

Updated Form 413-Personal Financial Statement to correct the display of the text reading "Borrower" in the print statement for the SignerRoleOtherDescription eSignature element in the Signature section.

Updated Form 1059-Security Agreement to include a paragraph stating the collateral may secure future advances for titled collateral in Missouri. This change occurs in the in The Grant of Security Interest section of the form.

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has announced a new version of G 845 Document Verification Request form. The document has been updated with a new revision date of 8/12/2025 and the new item 19. Registered Agency Reason for Requesting Additional Verification (required) with additional checkboxes and fields to provide description where it is applicable have been added in Part 1.

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has announced a new version of the G 845 Supplement form. The document has been updated with a new revision date of 8/12/25. Additionally, the layout of the document changed from two column to a single column.

The Small Business Administration (SBA) updated its Transfer of Participation Agreement to include an initial cover page, thus the document has been updated to reflect this addition. Newly added data elements on the cover page can be inputted directly on the form in the Options Data Fill-In page.

The State Provisions table was revised to ensure Not Applicable prints when a state provision hasn't been provided.
