To Copy Default Data

  1. Click the Copy icon in the left navigation pane to open the Copy Default Data List page.
  2. On the Copy Default Data List page, click + Add Copy.
  3. On the Copy Default Data popup window, specify the From Content Source Alias and the To Content Source Alias. Select a Line of Business.
    Note: Copying is limited to one line of business at a time. If your content has multiple lines of business for a given alias, you must perform a copy for each line of business.
  4. Click Add. The Copy Details page opens. (Click Cancel to return to the Copy List page.)
  5. On the Copy Details page, review any messages and address any validation concerns. Click Copy.
    Note: At least one organization, policy, or product must be available to copy. The copy process copies only those records without validation messages.
  6. If there are items that cannot be copied, a confirmation message displays to indicate how many items will not copy. Click Copy to continue.
  7. When a copy completes successfully, a success notification displays. You should review any content release notes for any additional updates.
Note: When the system performs the copy, it also incorporates any content changes for the data available to be collected in Expere EZ Config Default Data.
