Account Details
The Account Details appear at the top of the Organizations page.
Information provided includes:
- Account Type
- Charter
- Insurer Type
- FHLB Member/DistrictNote: See FHLB Member/District - additional details for more information that may prove helpful with selecting an appropriate option.
- Account Jursidictions
Click Edit to modify these values. See: Edit Account Details
Note: The Account Detail selections are used to control some of the data collection
questions and options available within Policies and Organizations.
The Account Detail selections also include the following:
- Status (Complete, In Progress, or Failed),
- Last Updated, and
- Last Updated By
Note: These fields will display Not Specified if the information has not yet been
saved. Once the information has been saved, these fields will automatically update.
- The Status displays as In Progress while the Organizations and Policies are being updated. Behind the scenes, the system checks for status updates every 10 seconds while In Progress, and the updated status is displayed when the process has either completed or failed.
- The Status updates to Complete after all Organizations and Policies have been updated.
- The Status displays as Failed if the Organizations and Policies have not been updated after the request has run.
