Importing Default Data

The Export and Import functionality allows you the ability to transfer their Default Data from one environment to another, such as from a test environment to a production environment. Using the Export and Import feature eliminates the need to re-create these items on a new environment. This functionality is also useful in providing insight during troubleshooting and support issues.

Note: Your Account details (Account Type, Charter, Insurer Type, and Jurisdictions) for both accounts in the export and import must be identical.

To access Import functionality, click the Import icon in the left navigation panel in the program, which opens the Import Activity List page.
