Working With Logos

Default Data supports the ability to configure logos by organization. Within Default Data, you can upload logos and define various logo settings. Default Data supports the ability to define one logo per organization.

Logos configured within Default Data as part of the organization setup process are then available within Expere EZ Config Packages and Packets, where they can be applied to packages or per document.

Packages and Packets: Working with Logos

How Copying Affects Logos

When copying an individual organization record: Any defined logo data in the organization record also copies to the new organization record being created.

When copying Default Data (updating content releases): Any defined logo data within the organization record(s) also copies to the new organization record(s) being created.

When Logos Are Not Applied

Expere Document Services will not apply a Logo in the following cases:

  • Static Documents
  • Recordable Documents
  • Dynamic Documents that use the Integrated Disclosure StyleGuide
  • Cover page of any document
Note: If your financial institution's integration process does not support requests to include logo data, the logo configuration is ignored during the document generation process. Refer to the DGS Web Services Guide EDS Web Services Guide for specific details on integrating logos into the document generation process.
