FooterNotice Tagging
Note: See HeaderNotice and FooterNotice for further
information on using FooterNotice attributes.
The presence of the FooterNotice element in a .REQ file generates accessibility tags at the appropriate location in the PDF tag tree structure based on the existence of the attributes FirstPage, MiddlePages, LastPage, OnlyPage and the attribute value set to Yes.
For example, if the FooterNotice element exists with the
FirstPage=Yes attribute authored, accessibility tags
generate for the FooterNotice contents and are placed in the tag tree
structure after all of the first page content tags and before any of the
second page contents tags so that it is read in order similar to that of the
physical PDF content.
Note: Using the MiddlePage=Yes
attribute will result in footer notice tags appearing in the Tag
Tree for all pages (other than the first and last) within the
document.
