Show Property
The Show property within the Document Properties dialog of Adobe
Acrobat Pro allows you to indicate what should be displayed within the title bar of
Acrobat when a document is opened. Acrobat provides two possible values for the Show
property; Document Title and File Name.
Note: The
Show property can be accessed within Acrobat by selecting File >
Properties to display the Document Properties dialog. Then click
the Initial View tab. The Show property is displayed within the
Window Options section.
Generating a Tagged PDF from a dynamic document / embedded PDF: when the Tagged PDF option is selected within Requirements Editor (declaring it Tagged PDF for accessibility), the Show property defaults to the Document Title value. If not tagged for accessibility, the Show property contains a File Name value. Setting the Show property is required to ‘Pass’ the accessibility checker standards rule for Document/Title: Document title is showing in the title bar.
