Display issues in an Embedded PDF

Fillable fields not displaying: you may need to remove and re-add the fillable fields that are not working correctly to the imported PDF. Navigate to to the applicable Expere log file listed below to find the list of fillable fields that need to be removed and re-added.

Signature / signature date fields: you may need to remove and re-add the signature and/or signature date fields that are not working correctly in the imported PDF. You should see an error in Requirements Editor when generating the document or navigate to to the following applicable Expere log file listed below to find the list of fillable fields that need to be removed and re-added:

Log file locations:
  • .NET installations: C:\ProgramData\WKFS\DGS\ExpereServices.log
  • Java / Wildfly installations: $WildflyInstallLocation\wildfly-29.0.1.Final\standalone\log\server.log
  • Requirements Editor:
    • 3.0: C:\Users\<name>\AppData\Local\Wolters Kluwer\RequirementsEditor\3.0
    • 4.0: C:\Users\<name>\AppData\Local\Wolters Kluwer\RequirementsEditor\4.0
