Editing Applicabilities (Without a Content Release)

  1. Click Edit on the Policy Applicabilities card in the Policy Details page to make changes to the Policy Applicabilities. A popup window asks you to confirm whether you wish to edit the policy's applicabilities.
  2. Click Yes to continue to the Edit Applicabilities popup or click No to cancel and return to the Policy Details page.
  3. Use the Edit Policy Applicabilities popup to select a new applicability option and click Save.
  4. When you click Save on the Edit Policy Applicabilities popup after making changes to your policy applicabilities, you receive a popup with a message indicating that all associated products will be removed and asking you to confirm whether you wish to continue with saving the changes.
    Important: Any product associated is now removed from the updated policy.
  5. Click Yes to continue and change the applicabilities and remove all associated products from the policy. (The Products card will appear empty as a result.) When you change the applicabilities, the policy page refreshes with the new applicabilities in place. Click No to return to the Edit Policy Applicabilities popup without making changes.
  6. After making changes to an applicability, the Last Updated and Last Updated By fields are updated to reflect the changes made to the applicability.
  7. Review your products, and reassign the policy applicabilities and/or policies, as necessary.
