Content Errors

The Content Errors pane displays errors and PTR schema warnings returned by the system during document assembly, and is accessible through the three assembly options (Building a Document, Executing a Document, and Executing Package Rules). Fatal errors, warnings, and PTR schema warnings are reported here. It is available by selecting View > Content Errors or by selecting Content Errors in the Windows list from the standard toolbar.

It is split into two sections: one for displaying errors and the other for displaying PTR schema warnings, with the Description describing the error or warning. Double-clicking the warning or error displays the corresponding tab with the location of the discrepancy in focus.

Review the error list to identify the cause of the error and resolve it, as these errors can be caused by invalid enumerations, missing brackets, missing characters in schema paths, etc. It is important to resolve all errors before the document can be considered complete.

Content Errors is available for dynamic and static documents. Selecting an item in the PTR Schema Warnings list displays the associated PTR within the Field Grid tab.
