Options

Requirements Editor provides several options allowing you to define the look and feel of the interface, how toolbars are displayed, auto-recovery and start up behavior, and other features to tailor the working environment. These customization options are accessible by selecting Tools > Options.

The Options dialog box is divided into two parts: a navigation pane on the left and a display area on the right. The tree control in the navigation pane includes folder nodes, such as Environment, E-Forms Rendition and Expere. If not already expanded, you can double-click a folder title to expand any folder node to list the pages of options that it contains. When you select the node for a particular page, its options appear in the display area.

How options are applied

Selecting OK in the Options dialog box saves all settings on all pages. Selecting Cancel on any page cancels all change requests, including any just made on other Options pages.
