will no longer remediate problems that are specific
to the IE11 browser.
New Functionality
- Transaction Grid: Missing Party
Name
After deleting a co-applicant in a
transaction, the party name may have been missing
from the Transaction Grid and did not appear when
searching for a party. This issue was resolved in
this release.
- Transaction Grid: Borrower and Primary
Applicant
After moving between the
Transactions Summary grid and Transaction details,
the borrower or primary applicant did not display
on the Transactions grid. With this release, the
parties will display after accessing the
sections.
- Transaction Grid: Primary and Co-borrower
Names
Previously on a loan with two
borrowers (one borrower as a co-applicant), the
co-applicant displayed in the transaction summary
row in Party column on the Transaction grid
instead of the primary borrower after leaving the
Transactions Grid and making changes to the
transaction. This issue was resolved in this
release.
- Application:UCA-RE/URLA Hispanic/Latino
Demographics
The Not Hispanic or
Latino option will be now be saved after it is
selected in the Demographics section on the
Application page after selecting Hispanic or
Latino. In prior versions, the selection did
not save.
- Collateral: Details
A user can now make
changes on Collateral Details page and the changes
will save correctly when using the Fannie Mae
3.2. Previously, the changes did not save and
collateral had to be deleted and re-added when it
was imported.
- Collateral: Collateral Owner as a
Trust
The Related Parties for Collateral
Owner as a Trust has been updated to have a
Trustor instead of an Owner relationship. In
addition, the data about the Trustor (name,
contact information) is now defaulted to the
documents including the Addendum to Loan
Application. For any collateral owners that are
not trusts, the option will still be called
Owner.
- Calculations: Fees Grid and Processing

Previously, if Prepay Odd
Days was selected in the Terms of the Loan
section on the Calculations page and the
calculated prepaid interest resulted in a negative
value, 'Processing' displayed over the Fees grid.
The issue has been resolved.
- Calculations: Late Charges
Previously,
a user could edit the Late Charges section when
working in another organization that shared the
same Late Fee policy even though the Allow User
to Edit Late Charge in Transaction was not
selected. This issue was resolved and now, the
Late Fee policy will retain the setting when
working in an organization that shares the Late
Fee policy.
- URLA and Type of Credit
Previously,
when two borrowers were selected as co-applicants
on a URLA loan, the Type of Credit on the URLA
indicated individual credit and the total number
of borrowers displayed as empty. This was changed
so now, the Type of Credit will indicate joint
credit and 2 for the Total Number of borrower.
- New Options for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac in
Special Features Codes
When Fannie Mae
transaction is selected and the Fannie Mae
ULDD Interface for Export is run, 868 Refi
will now display in the drop-down list in the
Special Feature Codes section. When Freddie Mac

ULDD Interface for Export is run, J05 Refi
Possible Mortgage will now display in the
drop-down list in the Special Feature Codes

Core Director

2021, creditors have an option to use either the
current General QM definition or the revised,
price-based General QM definition. For this
purpose, the Revised General has been added
to the QM Type field on the Loan Definition page.
If this option is selected, the loan will be
tested against the revised, price-based General QM
definition. If you plan to continue using the
current General QM definition, select
General in the QM Type field on the Loan
Definition page. For more information,
please refer to: How to test a loan against the revised General
QM definition? information in
Help.
- Barcode Settings (Administration)

up the necessary parameters to have Barcodes print
on documents. After setting up barcodes in

- Wiz Sentinel Report changes
- The Wiz Sentinel Report has been improved for
easier reading and clarity.
- The Applicant, Co-Applicant, and Application
Date fields have been removed. The rest of the
data represented in the report remains
unchanged.
-
Note: ImportantUpdate This issue has been resolved with the July 20
release. Please rerun any impacted WizSentinel
reports created between July 12 through July 20 to
correct the reports. Reports run after July 20
will not incur the error. After the
production release on July 12, APR is incorrectly
calculating for Section 32 on the Wiz Sentinel
report. The issue is limited to ARM loans where
there is a rate change during a 5-year loan
period. For these loans, the system mistakenly
calculates the APR for Section 32 based on the
maximum rate achieved during the 5-year period.
The only impacted area is the Wiz Sentinel report;
the rest of the calculations work as
expected. After the issue is resolved, a
separate communication will be sent. After
receiving the communication, recalculate the
impacted transactions and generate a new Wiz
Sentinel report.
