Message Description Solution
Package already exists This message displays when the specified Line of Business already contains the same package name for the selected Content Source Alias. Duplicate package names are not supported within the same Line of Business and Content Source Alias.

Review the existing package in the to Content Source Alias and determine if you wish to use that package or if you wish to create a new package using the from Content Source Alias.

The Copy Package function does not support overwriting an existing package. In Expere EZ Config Packages and Packets, you must first delete the existing package for the to Content Source Alias before attempting to copy the same package from the from Content Source Alias.

Line of Business is not available This message displays when the Line of Business is not available within the content source alias you are attempting to copy to. This may occur when a Line of Business has been removed or renamed between your Expere Knowledge Base Content releases.

Verify that you have selected the correct to and from Content Source Aliases.

Verify that the applicable Line of Business is available for the to Content Source Alias.

If you still receive this message, follow your documented support/escalation process to determine if your Expere Knowledge Base Content was set up correctly.

Package is not available This message displays when the Package Name does not exist in the Expere Knowledge Base Content for the to Content Source Alias. This could occur when a package has been removed or renamed between your Expere Knowledge Base content releases.

Verify that the correct to and from Content Source Alias(es) and Line(s) of Business have been selected.

Verify that the applicable package is avaiable in the to Content Source Alias for the selected Line of Business. Note that the ability to rename a package within EZ Config Packages and Packets is not supported at this time.

If you still receive this message, follow your documented support/escalation process to determine if your Expere Knowledge Base Content was set up correctly.

Warning: Document(s) not available This message displays when one or more documents no longer exist within the to Content Source Alias.

The warning message allows you to continue with the copy function, if desired. Meaning, the copy still occurs, but the document is removed from the Package and Packet.

Once the copy completes, a confirmation message displays to indicate the copy has been successful and indicates that 1 or more documents are not available. You should then review content release notes for additional updates regarding the removed documents.

Additionally, the individual packet containing the removed document displays the following warning message:

Copy complete. Warning: Document(s) not available. Review content release notes.
