Repost Activity

The Repost Activity feature allows you to see when your content source alias has been redirected to a different library.

When working with newly released content and keeping the same source alias, the tool managing the content will trigger the Repost. Users are able to view the details of the repost with the pages added for this functionality. No Copy is required for the Packages and Packets associated to this content. If using a new content source alias with the newly released content, then a Copy function would be required.

To view repost activity, click the Repost icon in the left nagivation panel in the program, which opens the Repost Activity page.

The Repost Activity page displays any repost activity (an alias that has been redirected) that has occurred for Packages and Packets. Information within in the repost activity list includes the following sortable columns:
  • Content Source Alias
  • Status (In-Progress, Complete, Failed). This status is current at the time the page loads.
  • Reposting On (Date and Time)
  • Reposted By (Username)

Select a row to view the details for that repost activity.

To delete a row

Click the button associated with the activity you wish to delete. Click Delete on the popup menu. A popup messages allows you to confirm the deletion. Once deleted, an activity is no longer available in the application.
