Working with Logos
Expere EZ Config Packages and Packets supports the use of configured logos. These logos
are configured within Expere EZ Config Default Data as part of the organization setup
process. At the package level, you can enable and disable logos that have been defined
within Default Data. At the document level, you can override the package's logo setting.
Note: Refer to the Expere EZ Config Default Data User Guide
for information on setting up logos.
The Document List allows you to specify logos at the package level. The toggle button within the Logo column header functions as a master toggle switch. When switched, this button sets all document logo toggle buttons to match.
Additionally, the documents listed on the Modify Package page include an on/off toggle
for logos. This toggle allows you to override the logo settings derived from the package
settings that were defined via the Logo column header toggle switch.
Note: If your
Financial Institution's integration process does not support requests to include
logo data, or if a logo has not been configured within Default Data for your
organization, the logo setting is ignored during the document generation process.
Refer to the DGS Web
Services Guide
EDS Web Services Guide for specific details
on integrating logos into the document generation process.
To enable logos for a package:
In the Logo column header, slide the toggle to the enabled position.
To modify logo settings for a specific document:
In the logo column, slide the toggle to the desired position for the specific document you wish to modify.
Note: When new documents are added to a package, they default with the selection specified
at the package level.
Exceptions
Expere Document Services will not apply a logo in the following cases, regardless of the on/off switch position:
- Static Documents
- Recordable Documents
- Dynamic Documents using the Integrated Disclosure StyleGuide
- Cover page of any document
