Instance Rules

The Instance Rules tab allows you to create unique instances of the document for a transaction. For example, a unique instance might be used to take a piece of data and apply it for different scenarios in the same form. When certain options are fulfilled, specific documents are selected for the transaction based on the defined instance rules.

The Instance Rules tab is available exclusively for static documents and is displayed when a static requirements file is opened. This example is from a single instance document.
