Apply Policies

This section explains how to use the Apply Policies functionality on the Document Generation Services tool suite. This function merges Expere Transaction .XML with inline product and policy XML into a single response file.

  1. From the SERVICES page, select Apply Policies.
  2. Click the Choose File option for both Expere Transaction XML and Product/Policy Default XML to locate the respective .XML files and upload these files.
  3. Click Submit.
  4. On the subsequent Apply Policies page, click the Download Merged XML as Zip button to download the Expere response containing the merged .XML file.
