Statuses for the individual object conversion (Organizations, Products, Policies) display on the Conversion Details page.

Status Description

Failed Displays when the item cannot be successfully converted and was not saved to the database. Users will see a Failed status any time the Organization, Policy, or Product file cannot be found in the content referenced.
Note: When converting the Form Setup Policy, if either the Account Document Setup Policy or the Document Setup Policy files do not exist in the content referenced, the Form Setup Policy will not be converted.
Not Started Displays when the conversion fails before getting started.
Skipped Displays when the item already exists.

Conversion Messages

The following conversion messages may display.

Message Description Solution
Organization Already Exists - Did Not Import This message displays when the specified Line of Business already contains the same Organization name for the selected Content Source Alias. Duplicate organizations are not supported within the same Line of Business and Content Source Alias. If the organization already exists, the conversion skips the organization and continues on to the next file.
Policy Already Exists - Did Not Import This message displays when the specified Line of Business already contains the same Policy name for the selected Content Source Alias. Duplicate policies are not supported for the same Policy Type, Line of Business, and Content Source Alias. If the policy already exists, the conversion skips the policy and continues on to the next file.
Product Created - Policies Don't Exist This message displays when the specified Line of Business does NOT contain the policy referenced in the product. (For example, if the linked policy is not part of the conversion data.) This message also displays when a Policy name has not been specified. The product is created with any policies that DO exist, but links to any policies that do NOT exist (or are not named) are lost. The conversion does not link or create any policies that are not available. In order to restore the links from the product to any policy that is not converted, convert the policy separately (or create a new policy) and manually edit the product to link the policy.
Product Already Exists - Did Not Import This message displays when the specified Line of Business already contains the same Product name for the selected Content Source Alias. Duplicate products are not supported within the same Line of Business and Content Source Alias. If the product already exists, the conversion skips the product and continues on to the next file.
Policy Not Created - Data Not Moved This message displays when the conversion cannot move data items. This issue typically occurs in situations where the data coming from OPPSA does not have an equivalent match within Default Data and is migrated to a new location. For instance, some OPPSA policy data is migrated to the organization within Default Data. If the Organization doesn't exist within Default Data, the data cannot be moved. If the Organization does not exist, verify the Organization was converted prior to the policy conversion. If necessary, reattempt the policy conversion once the Organization has been created.

Refer to the Conversion Process Document for a complete list of xpaths that move for each policy type.

File Not Found - Did Not Import This message displays when the Default Data REQ file is not located within the selected content. If you receive this message, follow your documented support/escalation process to determine if your Expere Knowledge Base Content was set up correctly.
Policy Not Created - Data Moved This message displays when there is not an equivalent policy type within Default Data, and the data is moved to an Organization or other policy type. In this instance, the data is moved successfully but no policy is created as a result of the conversion. The following policy types will display this message when the conversion is successful:
