Conversion Details Page

The Conversion Details Page is used to start a conversion and import from OPPSA. It also provides a list of previous and in progress conversion imports.
  • If no conversions have been completed, this page displays the message "No Conversion Activity Yet." Click + Add Conversion Import to begin importing and converting data from OPPSA.
  • If conversions have taken place, this page lists those conversions, including the following details in sortable columns:
    • Content Source Alias
    • Line of Business
    • Completed On
    • Completed By
    • Status

  • Click + Add Conversion Import to begin a new conversion. Or select a conversion import to view.

The Conversion Details Page

The Conversion Details page displays a list of the conversion details, including a status.

This page displays the Content Source Alias, Line of Business, and Status at the top of the page for the selected conversion.

The following sortable columns also display:
  • Type (Organization, Policy, Product)
  • Name
  • Policy Type
  • Status (Complete, Failed, Not Started, Skipped)
  • Messages

If the conversion encounters an organization, policy, or product that already exists (based on Alias, Line of Business, and Org/Policy/Product Name), the conversion skips the organization, policy, or product and displays a status of Skipped.

If the conversion encounters a product with a policy that doesn't exist, the conversion creates the product without the link to the policy and displays a message indicating the policy does not exist.
