Setting User Permissions

Only users with the OPPSA Conversion permission assigned within Security Administration will have the ability to convert data from OPPSA to EZ Config Default Data. It is strongly recommended that this permission be assigned to a limited set of users.
Note: This permission can be added to either an existing role, or you may create a new role solely for OPPSA Conversion responsibilities. Adding this permission to an existing role will provide every user assigned to the role the ability to perform the conversion. Refer to the Security Administration User Guide for additional information.
  1. Identify who will be performing the conversion of data from OPPSA, and determine the role to which you wish to add the OPPSA Conversion permission.
  2. Verify the person performing the conversion is assigned to the role with the OPPSA Conversion permission.
