Repository Merge Errors

If any error occurs during the Merge session creation, you are provided with information regarding the following areas:
  • Content References initialization
  • Requirement documents initialization
  • Requirements document Change Blocks creation
    • Normalization process
    • Each tab Change Blocks creation

Error messages will appear similar to the following:

Merge Session Creation Warnings

If any warnings are identified during the creation of a merge session, the Merge Session Creation Warnings window is displayed.

This window displays a list of any missing content references and a list of documents that have unfrozen content references.

During the creation of a new Merge Session, if there are any missing Content References, documents with Unfrozen Content References, or both, a [Merge Session Name]_CreationWarnings.xlsx file is automatically generated and saved in the merge session Reports folder.

Select View Report to from the Merge Session Creation Warnings window to view the report details.
