Export File Details
When exporting content, the export file is downloaded to your local Downloads folder and
is named PackageExport.json. When more than one downloaded file is created, or if
previously created export files already exist in this location, the download appends a
numeral to the filename, such as PackageExport(2).json.
Note: You
can configure your browser settings to modify how the browser uniquely names the
downloaded files if you wish to use an alternate naming and numbering convention.
Refer to your browser's documentation for specific instructions.
In instances where an item exists within the JSON file but not in the environment being uploaded to, a new item is created. Also note that the determination of a duplicate is based on the Alias/Line of Business/Package Name/Packet Name combination. In instances where there are duplicates, the imported information overwrites the existing information.
