Packages and Packets Audit History Report Data

The following program data is captured within the Audit Report:

Repost Data
  • New repost data
  • Updated repost data - both before and after values
  • Deleted repost data.
The following scenarios are also included:
  • When a document has been removed from a package after repost, either due to no such document or no such rule source for the document.
Package Data
  • New package data
    Note: includes the creation of the package and the documents added to the package
  • Updated package data - both before and after values and the addition/removal of logo from the document in the package
  • Deleted package data - when the whole package has been deleted.
Packet Data
  • New packet data
  • Updated packet data - both before and after values
    • when a document has been added or removed to the list of documents in the packet
    • when document changes position on the list of documents
  • Deleted packet data - when the whole packet has been deleted.
Packet Settings
  • Updated Output Type or Document Format – both before and after values
    Note: The report does not show changes when a user creates a Packet and saves Default values for Packet Settings.

  • New document format
  • Updated document format
  • Deleted document format
Copies and Watermarks Data
  • New copies and watermarks data - including both packet and document level, including:
    • when copies and watermarks have been added to a packet or to specific document properties upon initial package creation
    • number of copies
    • general watermark or copy information shows packet name when added to a packet
    • general watermark or copy shows the document name when updated for a specific document
  • Updated copies and watermarks data - both before and after values, including both packet and document level, including:
    • when copies and watermarks have been updated to the packet as a whole OR in specific document properties
    • general watermark or copy information shows packet name when updated for an overall packet
    • general watermark or copy information shows document name when updated for a specific document
  • Deleted copies and watermarks data - including both packet and document level deletions, including:
    • general watermark or copy information shows packet name when deleted from packet
    • general watermark or copy information shows document name when deleted from a specific document
    Note: when higher-level package information is deleted, all sub-level information related to the package or packet is deleted. The report shows only the deletion of the package or packet.
Barcode Data (in Packages)
  • New barcode is created in package
  • Updated barcode data for package - both before and after values
  • Deleted barcode - when barcode as a whole has been deleted. Shows only before value.
Metadata Data (in Packages)
  • New metadata is created in package
  • Updated metadata data for package - both before and after values
  • Deleted metadata - when metadata as a whole has been deleted. Shows only before value.
Bulk Copy and Pending Copy Data
  • Newly added bulk copy data (from one content version to another)
  • Updated bulk copy data for package - both before and after values
  • Deleted bulk copy data. Shows only before value.
Bulk Copy Package Data
  • Copied package includes everything from original package
  • If content update removes a document, the removed document is included in the report
  • One record for each copied package
Export Data
  • Data for newly added exports
  • Delete export data. Shows only before value.
Import Data
  • Data for newly added imports
  • Delete import data. Shows only before value.
Document Data:
  • Document added to or removed from the list of documents in the package
  • Logos added to or removed from a document in the package
  • Document changes within the EZ Service Repost
Package Metadata DataIncludes metadata for the original document and when overriden at the document level.

  • Updated metadata for a package (before and after values)
