Signature Areas
The Requirements Editor provides elements to include signature lines within a document. Two types of signatures can be added - Signature element for within the body of the document and SignatureSection element for the entire document or agreement.

Adding HighlightSignatureIndicator to the Transaction

Adding the HighlightSignatureIndicator element to a transaction is slightly different depending on the schema associated with the document.

For the TXN Schema, the HighlightSignatureIndicator is at the root level of TXN. Add the HighlightSignatureIndicator element and then set the indicator value to True, Yes or 1.
For the VMPMISMO Schema, the HighlightSignatureIndicator is at the Loan/_CLOSING_DOCUMENTS level.

The transaction has the indicator turned on, the condition is met, as in our example, all three of the features, Highlighting, X, and the Box, will be enabled. The PDF generated for our sample document would appear as follows.
