Message Description Solution
Organization Already Exists - Overwrite This message displays when the specified Line of Business already contains the same Organization name for the selected Content Source Alias. Duplicate organizations are not supported within the same Line of Business and Content Source Alias.

Before continuing with the import, review the existing organization in the to Content Source Alias and determine if you wish to use that organization or if you wish to overwrite the organization with the content from the Import file.

The import function overwrites an existing organization.

Policy Already Exists - Overwrite This message displays when the specified Line of Business already contains the same Policy name for the selected Content Source Alias. Duplicate policy names are not supported within the same Line of Business, Content Source Alias, and Policy Type.

Before continuing with the import, review the existing policy in the to Content Source Alias and determine if you wish to use that policy or if you wish to overwrite the policy with the content from the Import file.

Product Already Exists - Overwrite This message displays when the specified Line of Business already contains the same Product name for the selected Content Source Alias. Duplicate product names are not supported within the same Line of Business and Content Source Alias.

Before continuing with the import, review the existing policy in the to Content Source Alias and determine if you wish to use that product or if you wish to overwrite the product with the content from the Import file.

The import function overwrites an existing product.

Policies Do Not Exist - Cannot Import This message displays when the product being imported is linked to a policy that does not exist. When importing Products that are linked to Policies, the data within the import file contains only the relationship of the Product to the Policy and not the Policy itself. Therefore, if the Policy does not exist on the environment to which you are importing the Product, the import cannot be completed. Remove these Products before completing the import. The program displays an icon next to those products that contain no policies.

Alternately, create a new or import the Policy (or policies) that are associated to the Product and re-try the import.
