Adding Recipients and/or Third Parties

Recipients or third parties can be added depending on the options selected in Fulfillment Options.

Note:
Added recipients and third parties will be cleared from the page if the page is refreshed or you leave the Print page.

Add Recipient displays in the grid for the following scenarios:

  • If Direct to Paper is selected in the Fulfilment section.

  • If Electronic Delivery and/or Signature Required, is selected, and Interactive Signing is not selected in the Fulfilment section. Challenge questions will display on the Add Recipient page if Additional Authentication Required is selected.
  • Note:
    The email and mailing address for the recipient or third party may be required to send the package.

Add Third Party display in the Recipient's grid for the following scenario:

  • If Direct to Paper is selected in the Fulfilment section.

  • If Electronic Delivery is selected and Signature Required is not selected in the Fulfillment section.

  • If Interactive Signing is not selected in the Fulfillment section.
