Forms Setup Policy

The Forms Setup option allows users to perform the following:
  • Create Forms Setup policies
  • View/edit Forms Setup policies
  • Copy Forms Setup policies
  • Delete Forms Setup policies

The Forms Setup list consists of the following:

  • Documents Acknowledged on Account Agreement
  • Electronic Procedure Disclosure
  • Consumer Forms Setup
  • Business Services
  • Other Forms Setup
The Forms Setup function contains all Forms Setup policies for the following:
  • The system for the organization into which the user is logged
  • Any policies for its parent organization
