Limits and Fees
The Limits and Fees option allows users to create Limits and Fees policies.
Limits and Fees Policy Overview
Limits and fees that apply to your accounts and services in general are collected in a Limits and Fees policy. You have the flexibility to create as many Limits and Fees policies as necessary, but only one can be associated with each account product.
You may include all general fees and limits or other general terms -- you need to contract for or disclose that are not disclosed or contracted for elsewhere. This includes any common fees or limits that will not be defined in the context of a specific account policy, as well as any fees relating to electronic funds transfers. (Both Truth and Savings and Regulation E require disclosure of relevant fees and limitations, so your limits and fees policy is an important part of those disclosures.)
The Limits and Fees function contains all Limits and Fees Policies for the following:
- The system for the organization into which the user is logged
- Any policies for its parent organization
