Funds Availability

This section allows users to create policies to comply with Regulation CC, which states that financial institutions provide customers possessing a transaction account with disclosures stating when their funds will be available for withdrawal.

Note: Many institutions disclose the same policy for all deposit accounts despite the lack of disclosure requirements for savings or time accounts under federal regulation.
