What do I need to select for the Refinance Program?

• Full Documentation: A mortgage refinancing transaction requiring full documentation as defined by USDA Rural Development.
• Interest Rate Reduction: A mortgage refinancing transaction to reduce the loan's interest rate as defined by VA.
• Streamlined without Appraisal: Refinance allowing streamlined documentation and no appraisal as defined by USDA Rural Development.
• Other: Another type of refinance program is being used.
