Online Application (OLA)
Wolters Kluwer Online Application (OLA) is an online application that is delivered to
ComplianceOne via Automated Data Import (ADI). A borrower submits an application inquiry
in OLA. The inquiry is reviewed in the Reviewer Portal and the data is sent to
ComplianceOne where the transaction can be completed.

Setting File Attachment Permitted Formats
The Online Application and Document Upload solutions allow configuration of file types
that can be uploaded as file attachments. The default file type settings can be
customized to meet the needs of a particular financial institution through editing the
JSON file configured for each instance of OLA. Within that file, nodes such as
<mortgageapplication>, <mortgage-c1plus>, and
<documentupload> contain an <acceptedFileType> attribute with
values such as: *.doc, *docx, *.jpg, *.jpeg, *.png, et al. You can edit these lines to
add/remove file extensions as permitted file types. The value is a string of file types
(extensions) formatted as *.<filetype> and separated by a comma.
