What is the new name for the Credit Application Reals Estate (UCA-RE) document?

The revised version of the Credit Application Real Estate document is named the Residential Credit Application. Also, similarly to the revised URLA, the Residential Credit Application has a supplement that is named the Residential Credit Application Creditor Loan Information.
