Account Details

The Account Details display at the top of the Organizations page. Information provided includes:
  • Account Type
  • Charter
  • Insurer Type
  • Account Jursidictions

Click Edit to modify these values. See: Edit Account Details

Note: The Account Detail selections are used to control some of the data collection questions and options available within Policies and Organizations.
The Account Details also include
  • Status (Complete, In Progress, or Failed),
  • Last Updated, and
  • Last Updated By
Note: These fields will display 'Not Specified' if the information has not yet been saved. Once the information has been saved, these fields will automatically update.
  • The Status displays as In Progress while the Organizations and Policies are being updated. Behind the scenes, the system checks for status updates every 10 seconds while In Progress, and the updated status is displayed when the process has either completed or failed.
  • The Status updates to Complete after all Organizations and Policies have been updated.
  • The Status displays as Failed if the Organizations and Policies have not been updated after the request has run.
