Account Dropdown Field

Summary: This release includes an update to the Account dropdown field to accommodate scenarios where users have access to a large number of accounts. Previously, all accounts were listed, but the field ran off the page and not all accounts were visible. We have modified the field so that 15 accounts load at a time, and provided a More button, which loads the next 15 accounts when clicked. A scrollbar allows you to then scroll through the list to locate the desired account.

Summary: This release includes a change to the Height and Width fields on the Logo popup page. Previously the value of NaN displayed in the field whenever an entered valued started with a decimal (such as .75) rather than a numeral (such as 0.75). With this update, the Height and Width fields now accept the decimal value being entered.
Spinner and Save Function on Details Pages

Summary: This release includes updates to the Organization, Policy, and Product Detail pages to ensure that the Save functionality is not available until the data collection section is loaded. Previously, if users attempted to Save prior to the data collection section being fully loaded, the operation would cause the cursor to spin endlessly.

Logo Configuration
Summary: Logo configuration functionality was previously released for both Packages and Packets and Default Data, which allowed you to configure logos for your organization. With this release, the correlating functionality is now also available within the document generation process, which is necessary to fully integrate the logo functionality for your organization. Refer to the associated information within the Logo section of the EDS Changelog for more information, including links to the specific, updated APIs within the Web Services Guide.
Last Updated and Last Updated By Columns Added to Org, Policy, and Product List Pages
Summary: The Organization List, Policy List, and Product List pages within the Default Data application have been updated to include Last Updated (date and time) and Last Updated By (first and last name) columns to help you more easily locate items within the list pages.

Logo Configuration
Summary: The Default Data application has been updated to now support the ability to configure logos by organization. Within Default Data, you can upload logos and define various logo settings. Default Data supports the ability to define one logo per organization.

When logo data has been defined within an organization, that logo data is included when copying organization data and also when copying default data between content releases.

The process of implementing logo functionality and the ability to include logo data within documents requires integrating to the correlating functionality available within the document generation process. Refer to the associated information within the Logo section of the DGS Changelog for more information, including links to the specific, updated APIs within the Web Services Guide.

Copy Default Data Functionality Now Available
Summary: The Expere EZ Config Default Data application now supports the ability to copy default data. This functionality is used when there is updated content available with a different content source alias. Copying default data saves time as it allows you to simply review and make adjustments as needed.

To access the copy functionality, click the Copy icon in the left navigation panel.

Checkboxes and +/X Buttons on Initial Policy Creation

Summary: The Default Data application has been updated to include the following changes:
  • Checkboxes no longer appear in a locked state when creating a new policy. Users are no longer required to save, close, and then reopen the policy in order to access the checkboxes.
  • The + and X buttons are no longer inoperable when initially creating a policy record. Similarly, users are no longer required to save, close, and then reopen the policy in order to access these buttons.

Summary: This release includes an update to how the Policy List card on the Product Details page functions. Now, when you click a policy on the card, the system navigates to the Policy Detail page for the selected policy.

Extended Policy Name Tooltip on Assign Policies

New Update Transaction by Name API
Summary: A new Update Transactions by Name API has been added. This API processes in the same manner as the Update Transaction API but uses different parameters to support using names instead of IDs.
