Non-eNote workflow

The non-eNote workflow is initiated through various transaction data points and indicators. Users will typically pass in non-Closing documents when generating a document package without an eNote (for example: an Upfront package).

If passing Txn/EClosingType, set the value "0" to enter the SmartSign Plus workflow for a non-eNote package.
Set /Txn/EOriginalSSPlusDeliveryType to "1" or "2" to upload documents for Delivery in SmartSign Plus.
Note:
- /Txn/EOriginalSSPlusDeliveryType, indicates how the user is requesting to have their documents setup in SmartSign Plus for Delivery and Vaulting.
  - 0, Blank, or Missing = Expere will not send Non eNotes to SmartSign Plus
  - 1 = All documents are uploaded for Delivery. The eNote is vaulted and any other documents are Delivery Only.
  - 2 = All documents are uploaded for Delivery & Vaulted (documents must be flagged for vaulting).
    - Vaulting is controlled in Expere EZ Config Packages and Packets and Expere content.
      Note: Configurations enabled in Expere EZ Config Packages and Packets override configurations enabled in Expere content.

Closing Center document type

The Closing Center document type can be configured for each document within a packet in EZ Config Packages and Packets in order to use custom fields.

Prerequisite: Closing Center document type must be configured in SmartSign Plus Admin>Settings>Custom Fields; fields must be exact match.

The following Document Types can be passed to SmartSign Plus:

Preview: Controls whether the document can be previewed in the eOriginal Closing Center.
PreClose: Determines if the document is part of the pre-closing process in the eOriginal Closing Center.
