eNote MERS Reverse Registration Workflow

The MERS Reverse Registration workflow is used to deregister an eNote that has been registered with MERS so it can be destructed.

The MERS Reverse Registration workflow is initiated through the following transaction indicator: /Txn/EOriginalMERSReverseRegistrationInd=1. When set to "1," the eNote registered to MERS is immediately deregistered; to destruct the eNote, you must pass in /Txn/EOriginalDestructionType=1.

Additional considerations

When a reverse register indicator is passed from Expere to eCore, and a new e-note is generated and deposited in the vault, the EO Configure Sort Order process will ensure accurate document sequencing.
