- Prior to move to production, a transition is conducted from the Wolters Kluwer Professional Services to Wolters Kluwer SupportLine. Postproduction support will be provided by SupportLine on an ongoing basis as part of the product license.

Support Line’s hours of operation are Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. CST. An issue submission checklist is provided to ensure efficient troubleshooting and timely responses. Issue severity is agreed upon when issues are reported to accurately escalate and ensure resolution time.
- In addition, a customer always has the option to engage with Wolters Kluwer Professional Services for additional project support post-implementation for any new initiatives that arise.
