Monitoring

• Wolters Kluwer has multiple layers of monitoring. In addition to Data Center host Monitoring Wolters Kluwer uses check_MK (Nagios) to monitor system health and server availability and OpsRamp to monitor site availability. Application performance is monitored through tools such as AppDynamics and Splunk to monitor logs.
• Wolters Kluwer monitors CPU usage and response times of Expere. If performance falls below predefined thresholds, Wolters Kluwer staff is notified, and we will address the issue. Our Microsoft Azure deployments allow Wolters Kluwer to scale CPU or Virtual Machines very rapidly without impacting the service availability of the solution.
