Expere® Knowledge Base - Content and Rules

The Expere® Knowledge Base is made up of a set of robust rules and content that are used to generate documents. When you request documents from Expere®, the engine will run the rules against the content identified to generate the applicable documents.

Depending on the transaction data in the xml, the package requested, and the content specified in the request to Expere®, different documents may be produced. For instance, if you pass a Commercial transaction and you request the application package, you may get a Commitment Proposal document returned. But if you resubmitted the same transaction and requested the closing package, you would probably receive a Note, Security Instrument, etc. (closing documents). At any time in the workflow when you pass a transaction to Expere® you will have the applicable documents for that specific phase of the workflow.
