Efficient use of currency transaction reporting system

(Sec. 366): The Act mandates that the Secretary conduct a study and issue a report by October 26, 2002, on making the currency transaction reporting system more efficient in order to solve the problem of institutions not following the exemption provisions and thereby filing too many currency transaction reports.
