Concentration accounts

(Sec. 325): The Secretary is authorized, but not required, to issue regulations designed to ensure that concentration accounts are not used to prevent the association of a customer’s identity with a movement of funds. The statute provides some minimum requirements for these regulations. At the time of this writing, the Secretary has not issued any rules under this authority.
