- This version of Vanceo introduces the ability to add attachments to
transactions. Users can upload, download, rename, and delete attachments for a
transaction. Search has been added so users can easily find attachments in a
transaction. Additionally, users can preview one or multiple PDF files without
downloading. If multiple PDF files are selected, the files will be combined into
a single PDF for review.
Adding attachments to transactions can
streamline loan processing by making supporting documentation (Application,
Credit Reports, Flood and Insurance documents etc.) and other related
attachments directly available in the transaction. Only users
assigned the Upload Attachments, Rename Attachments, and Delete Attachments
permissions in Security Administration can upload, rename, and delete
attachments. If you do not have access to these functions in the Assessments
grid on the Transaction Summary, contact your Vanceo administration and
request the permissions be assigned in Security
Administration. Select Attachments for Help information.

This version of Vanceo improves the recently introduced functionality of
configuring the custom stage order for a process.
With this release, any stage that is not actively used will be automatically
removed both from the Transactions Graph and the 'Active Stage' filter on the
Dashboard. The Dashboard will only display stages that are either in-use or
exist in process templates that are ready for use and in a 'Ready' state.
Inactive stages used in the past will not display in the Dashboard but will
continue to display in Settings in a disabled (greyed out) state.
For Help information, select Custom Stages Order.
