Configuration

Configuration provides access users, roles, process templates, schedule, attachment categories, and stage orders.

Configuration can be accessed from the Manage Menu in Vanceo if a user has the appropriate permissions assigned in Security Administration.

Process templates move a transaction through an organization's workflow process and can be created in the Process Templates section. Before creating process templates, users, roles, and an organization's business schedule must be set up as this information is used in process templates.

Configuration also provides access to setting up attachment categories and the stage order used in Vanceo Dashboard.
