Manage
This section provides access to setting up attachment categories and the stage order. Links to Administration, HMDA Processing, Interfaces, Parties, and Transaction Templates are also included.
The Manage menu provides access to management functions for administrators. The following functions can be accessed depending on permission assigned to a user in Security Administration.
- User Settings: Select User Settings to set up email notifications for users.
- HMDA Processing: Select HMDA Processing to access a HMDA page and manage HMDA Transactions. Access Help in Mortgage for more information.
- Interfaces: Select Interfaces to open Interface Manager and configure Wolters Kluwer interfaces. Access Help in Mortgage for more information.
- Administration: Select to access Administration to maintain and update accounts, organizations, addresses, contacts, indexes, credit bureaus, fees and charges, service providers, policies, and policy groups. Access Help in Administration for more information.
- Parties: Select Parties to open Parties to add and manage all party information in the system for use in transactions. Access Help in Mortgage for more information.
- Transaction Templates: Select Transactions to set up and manage transaction templates used when creating new transactions. Access Help in Mortgage for more information.
- Configuration: Select Configuration to open Configuration and create and manage process templates; set up and manage users and roles; and configure an organization's schedule, stage order and attachment categories. Access Help in Configuration for more information.
