How do I order a flood determination?

After the interface is set up within Interface Manager, the Flood menu is available within a transaction to request a flood determination. At least one borrower and the address, city, state, and postal code of the property must be entered to complete the determination.

If more than one of these types of collateral is added to a transaction you can perform a flood determination on all appropriate collateral. The Standard Flood Hazard Determination will be filled out based on a completed flood determination. If you do not utilize the flood interface, you can add the Standard Flood Hazard Determination document to your document list by selecting Select the Flood Hazard Determination Document on the Collateral details page when the Collateral is Raw Land – Real Estate or selecting Flood Determination Made on the Document Data page for all other collateral types. You can then enter data directly into the Standard Flood Hazard Determination document.
