How do I obtain a Subordination Agreement?

A subordination agreement can be generated by adding the junior or subordinate lienholder on the Collateral page. On the Document Data page under the Lienholder section to generate a Subordination Agreement Real Estate, select Subordinate Lien to the Lender. The document will appear in the document list as 'Subordination Agreement - Real Estate Lien'.

If you also want a Subordination Agreement Personal Property, select Lien Subordination for Personal Property within the same section. The document will appear in the document list as 'Lien Subordination Agreement Personal Property'.
