Reminder Summary

To access the Reminder Summary, select on the right side of the home page.

Administrator Reminder Summary settings are set up by Wolters Kluwer:

  • First User Downloads: Reminder emails will be turned off as soon as the first user for the organization downloads the material.
  • All Users Download: Reminder emails will be sent to all users until the material has been downloaded regardless of whether another user at the organization has downloaded the material.

The User Reminder Settings (which override the Wolters Kluwer Product settings described above) are set up by a financial organization Administrator.

  • Enabled for Current User: A user will receive reminder emails as per setting controlled by Wolters Kluwer (see above).
  • Disabled for Current User: A user will not receive reminder emails.
  • Account Administrators can change the reminder settings for your account.
