Product Menu (Left Menu)
Products that are licensed for your organization display on the home page in the product menu on the left-side of the home page.
- If a product does not have materials to download, a message displays to indicate the
status.
- If products do not display in the left menu, verify you have selected the correct account if you have access to multiple accounts. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact Customer Support at 800-552-9410.
