What's New describes changes made during the year. Only months with changes will display information for the monthly release.

November What's New
  • For a pre-recorded video training about the new features in Vanceo, select Vanceo Dashboard.
    Note:
    You can also view the What's New video from the Compliance Solutions Support Portal. Go to the Compliance Solutions Support Portal and login. Navigate to the ComplianceOne mortgage product page and select the What's New Tutorial Video. Select View All Product Training to access a complete list of tutorials, including the What's New sessions. You can also access additional mortgage tutorials from the Tutorial Videos section in Help.
  • New Customizable Dashboards: The Dashboard includes new, customizable graphs and grids for Inquiries, Transactions, Tasks, and a new Executive view. For more information, select Inquiries Graph, Transactions Graph, Tasks Graph and Executive View.

  • Pipeline/Funding Report: A Pipeline/Funding report has been added to Vanceo with this release. For information about creating, viewing, and downloading reports, select Pipeline/Funding Reports.

  • Email Notifications: Email notifications can be set up to notify a recipient about inquiry, task, and transaction events. For more information, select User Settings/Email Notifications.

  • Inquiries, Transactions, and Processes for all lines of business: Inquiries, Transactions, and Processes can now be created for all lines of business.

  • Enhanced Print Summary: The Transaction Summary has been enhanced with additional print options that can be used as a Transaction Overview. Select Downloading a Report for more information.

  • Logo Customization:: An organization can customize their Vanceo experience by adding their logo to display at the top of Vanceo and Configuration. Select Branding for Help Information about how to use this feature.

  • Export/Import Transactions: Consumer and Commercial transactions can be now exported and imported from/to ComplianceOne Lending. Select Import a Transaction and Export a Transaction for Help Information.

  • Inquiries: The Inquiry feature has been added to Vanceo. This feature allows users to view, manage, and add inquiries on the Dashboard. Select Inquires for Help information about how to use this feature.
March What's New
  • Vanceo users may now create or customize transaction process templates, set user roles, work schedules, and modify other account settings using Configuration.

  • Configuration can be accessed from the Manage menu within Vanceo based on a user’s access rights. Administrators may provision access to their users using the following Vanceo permissions as further described in Security Administration Help.
    • Manage Working Schedule

    • Manage Process Templates

    • Export/Import Process Templates

    • Manage Library Tasks

  • Configuration provides a single place for managing all Vanceo related settings enhancing the self-service model where institutions can administer a much greater control over their business processes without much involvement from Wolters Kluwer. February What's New
  • With this release, a user can move between ComplianceOne and Vanceo without having to enter a username and password, allowing seamless navigation between the two applications.
January What's New
  • The Help button in the left navigator was moved to the Vanceo header next to Log out.

  • A tooltip was added to the image to indicate its function is to reset.
